How It Works
Enquiry & Consultation
A member of the team will discuss your energy needs, budget, and property suitability. This stage confirms whether the property is viable for solar installation and ensures that you understand the benefits, costs, and available incentives before proceeding.
Assessment & Design
A remote or on-site survey is carried out to collect technical data — including roof type, orientation, shading, and home electricity usage. The Survey ensures that the system design is accurate and compliant within regulations. You will be kept informed throughout and provided with an Assessment Summary.
Proposal and Quotation
Using the technical data, the design team prepares a tailored Solar PV system professional Proposal & Quotation. This includes system design layout, equipment details, expected energy output, and financial returns. You will receive a professional quotation via email or PDF and we can then review it together during a consultation call.
Contract & Finance Options
Following your acceptance of the Proposal & Quotation, the formal contract is issued digitally for signing. Financing options or payment plans are discussed and confirmed. At this stage, necessary documentation (such as ID and energy bills) is securely collected to proceed with permits and installation planning.
Project Management & Scheduling
Our operations team coordinates the full installation schedule, ensuring permits, materials, and installers are aligned. You will receive confirmation of the installation date and updates throughout the process. Internal communication between departments is managed via project tracking tools.
Installation & Handover
Certified installers complete the on-site installation, ensuring safety and quality standards are met. The team conducts a system test, provides a user handover pack, and explains how to monitor system performance. You will receive Confirmation of Completion and Warranty Certificates.
Post Installation Support
After installation, our customer support team assists with system monitoring, maintenance queries, and performance optimisation. We will respond to and assist you with getting to know and manage your new Home Energy System.
